We use this information to authenticate users, operate marketplace introductions, prevent abuse, support verification, send requested service messages, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing and retention
We share data with service providers only to operate the service, and with a counterparty when your actions authorise that sharing. We retain audit records where necessary for safety, disputes, and legal compliance.
Usage and contact
When you are signed in, we record activity such as sign-ins, listings you view or save, searches, pages visited and enquiries you start. The SocialName team may use this activity, and the contact details you gave us, to contact you about listings and services. You can ask us to stop using your data for this by withdrawing consent from Settings or through the Contact page.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent from Settings. A request is reviewed before deletion because transaction and safety records may need to be retained.
