Refund Policy
Current launch allowances
SocialName’s current launch allowances are free. Depending on profile, they include one listing credit valid for 90 days and/or one introduction credit valid for seven days from profile approval. Existing listings are grandfathered. No payment means there is currently no charge to refund.
Future paid services
If paid services are introduced, the checkout terms and applicable refund rights will be presented before purchase and this policy will be updated prospectively.
